摘要:

癫痫作为一种常见的的神经系统疾病,具有反复发作和不可预知的特点,单一且常规的监 测手段如脑电图对癫痫的预测或治疗指导起到的效果有限,因此结合新的手段可以进一步预测或指导其 治疗。脑微透析技术作为一种新兴技术,其能够对大脑中的化学物质浓度等变化进行监测,在一定程度 上可以很好地预测癫痫的发作,并且能研究其发生背后的机制,对治疗起到一定指导作用。本文就目前 改进时间分辨率的脑微透析技术、微型化取样探针、光遗传学结合脑微透析技术作一综述,旨在为检测癫 痫发作中的脑神经化学物质提供新的思路。

Abstract:

As a common neurological disease,epilepsy has the characteristics of recurrent seizures and unpredictability. Single and conventional monitoring means,such as EEG,have limited effect on the prediction or treatment guidance of epilepsy. Therefore,the combination of new means can further predict or guide its treatment. As an emerging technology,brain microdialysis technology can monitor changes such as chemical concentration in the brain,which can predict the seizures of epilepsy to a certain extent,and can study the mechanism behind its occurrence,which plays a certain guiding role in treatment. This paper reviews the current brain microdialysis tech⁃ nology,miniaturized sampling probe,optogenetics combined with brain microdialysis technology with improved time resolution,aiming to provide new ideas for the detection of cranial neurochemicals in seizures.
