摘要：

药物性肝损伤（DILI）是一种最常见和最严重的药物不良反应之一，临床上因缺乏特异性标志物而很难确诊。许多研究报道 miR⁃122 是肝毒性潜在的生物标志物，因此本文叙述了 DILI 中 miR⁃122 表达的时程变化、miR⁃122 与 DILI 的肝再生与修复过程的相关性以及 miR⁃122 表达水平与肝组织病理损伤程度的对应关系，旨在总结miR⁃122的动态表达规律，从而服务临床。

Abstract:

Drug ⁃induced liver injury（DILI）is one of the most common and serious adverse drug reac⁃ tions，which is difficult to diagnose clinically due to the lack of specific markers. Many studies have reported that miR⁃122 is a potential biomarker of hepatotoxicity. Therefore，this paper describes the temporal changes of miR⁃ 122 expression in DILI，the correlation between miR ⁃122 and the liver regeneration and repair process of DILI， and the correspondence between miR⁃122 expression level and the degree of liver histopathological damage，aiming to summarize the dynamic expression pattern of miR⁃122.
