摘要:

神经根型颈椎病(cervical radiculopathy,CR)发病率高,症情反复发作,临床上牵引治疗 CR 应用广泛,但对牵引治疗 CR 机制研究尚不完善,临床应用缺乏相关机制研究依据。本研究归纳总结牵引 治疗 CR 机制,探讨牵引技术临床应用参数的优化设定,以期丰富牵引治疗 CR 的作用机制,为临床医生使 用牵引技术治疗CR 提供参考。

Abstract:

Cervical radiculopathy(CR)has high incidence rate and recurrence rate. Clinically,the dis⁃ ease is managed prevailingly with the therapy of traction,but the mechanism of traction therapy for CR is not fully uncovered. This study summarizes the CR mechanism of traction therapy and discusses the optimal setting of the clinical application parameters of traction technique so as to completely investigate the principle of action and pro⁃ vide a reference for clinicians to use traction techniques in the treatment of CR.
