摘要:

先天性心脏病是最常见的出生缺陷,是遗传因素及环境因素相互作用产生的结果。环境因 素中重金属暴露会引起 DNA 甲基化状态产生变化,DNA 甲基化是调控基因表达的表观遗传修饰之一,这 种表观遗传学变化可能是先天性心脏病发展起源的关键因素。文章综述了铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、砷(As)、镍 Ni)、汞(Hg)等多种重金属与 DNA 甲基化以及先天性心脏病关系的研究进展,为进一步揭示环境中重金 属暴露与DNA 甲基化以及先天性心脏病的影响并提供参考依据。

Abstract: Congenital heart disease(CHD),the most common congenital malformation,results mainly from mutual reactions of hereditary and environmental factors. Exposure to heavy metals as an environmental factor has been proved to induce DNA methylation,which is one of the epigenetic mechanisms regulating gene expres⁃ sion. The alterations in epigenetic level may be critical for the development of CHD. By literature review,the corre⁃ lations of exposure to heavy metals such as lead(Pb),cadmium(Cd),arsenic(As),nickel(Ni),mercury (Hg)with DNA methylation as well as CHD are comprehensively investigated,for further researches.
