不同频率的全身振动训练对脑卒中患者平衡功能及步行功能的影响

摘要:

目的 探讨不同频率的全身振动训练对脑卒中患者平衡及步行功能的影响。方法 纳入 2018 1 月至 2019 6 60 例我院住院的脑卒中患者,随机分成为 15 Hz 组(n = 30)和 30 Hz 组(n = 30)。 两组均行常规康复训练,15 Hz 组在常规康复训练上予以 15 Hz 全身振动训练,30 Hz 组在常规康复训练上 予以 30 Hz 全身振动训练,共 6 周。训练前、训练后,采用 Berg 平衡量表(berg balance scale,BBS)评估患者的平衡功能,采用患侧单足负重时间、步长、步速、功能性步行分级(functional ambulation category,FAC)评估患者的步行功能。结果 两组训练后的 BBS 评分均较训练前明显增加(P < 0.05),且 30 Hz 组显著优于 15 Hz 组(P < 0.05)。两组训练后的患侧单足负重时间、步长、步速、FAC 分级均较训练前明显增加(P < 0.05),且 30 Hz 组显著优于 15 Hz 组(P < 0.05)。结论 两组全身振动训练均可以改善脑卒中患者的平衡 及步行功能,但30 Hz 组全身振动训练优于15 Hz 组全身振动训练。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the effects of different frequencies of whole body vibration training on the balance and walking function of stroke patients. Methods A total of 60 hospitalized stroke patients from January 2018 to June 2019 were included and randomly divided into 15 Hz group(n = 30)and 30 Hz group(n = 30). Both groups received routine rehabilitation training. Additionally ,the 15 Hz group received 15 Hz whole body vibration training and the 30 Hz group received 30 Hz whole body vibration training for 6 weeks. Before and after training,the berg balance scale(BBS)was used to assess the patient′s balance function,and the weight⁃bearing time,step length,pace,and functional ambulation category(FAC)were used to assess the patient′s walking function. Results The BBS scores of the two groups after training were significantly higher than those before training(P < 0.05),and the 30Hz group was significantly better than the 15 Hz group(P < 0.05). The weight⁃ bearing time,step length,pace,and FAC classification of the two groups after training were significantly increased than before training(P < 0.05),and the 30 Hz group was significantly better than the 15 Hz group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Both 15 Hz and 30 Hz whole body vibration training can improve the balance and walking function of stroke patients,and the effect pf 30 Hz whole body vibration training is better than that of 15 Hz training.
